What The Food?! The Big Cluck

Dining out can be a lot of fun, especially when you don’t restrict yourself to the menu. The best way to dine out is take one part Doctor Frankenstein, add in a dash of Food Network, and throw it all on the flat topped grill (or in the burger warming drawer) and you’ve got a creation worthy of the name “What the Food?!”

Today’s entry is The Big Cluck from the venerable food chain we all turn to in the dark hours when we’re simply not interested in firing up the stove or setting the grill to flame outdoors: McDonalds. Here’s how to make it:

  • Order a Big Mac
  • Ask for the burger patties to be replaced by McChicken patties. One McChicken patty per  burger patty.
  • Due to the crispy nature of the patties, ask for a touch more Mac sauce.
  • Think about asking for no pickles – they make the patties soggy and add an odd taste.
  • Pay for it (you’ll look to pay roughly $2 more for the “upgraded” meat).
  • Eat!

That’s it! Revel in the taste sensation that you’ve created with today’s What The Food?!
