
Below is a screenshot of the email I just received from TELUS. To be clear: TELUS is not changing rates in order to offer you, as a customer, more convenience. They’re increasing their rates to the tune of twenty cents a minute with profit as the sole goal.
It’s painful to see the lack of choice and competition in the Canadian telecom market flaunted so flagrantly.








I plan to use this to remove myself from my Telus contract.
CRTC states that if they do this without consent, you can get out of your contract. Guess I will find out.
